What to do when your workouts aren't working


Do you find that you exercise but you are not seeing the results you expected? Your workouts might be at fault. Check out this good article from Prevention Magazine that was reprinted in the Express yesterday called "6 Workout Mistakes That Slow Down Results". (In the Express it was called "When Flab Won't Flee.") It gives good tips on how to correct common mistakes that a lot of people make when they are exercising that might be sabotaging your progress.
