Even Keel Yoga is holding it's second free yoga event in Rock Creek Park this Sunday at 10:00 am. Even Keel Yoga offers free yoga classes on the third Sunday of every month from May through September. No previous experience is required. All you need is a love (or even just a curiosity or interest) of yoga and a yoga mat. The class is wonderful and it is great to do tree pose under the trees!
